    Hi! Loving your recipes! Just a quick couple questions.
    1. I sometimes will use sugar free syrup and pb2 as a sauce with my homemade pancakes. What is your opinion on these 2 ingredients as far as being healthy or not?

      Hi Lisa!
      To be honest, I personally do not use “sugar free” foods, as they usually contain artificial sugars that are just as bad or even worse for your body. As for the PB2, I use to use that all the time until realizing that too has added sugar and salt. Now, I have begun to use peanut flour (can order it online), which is the exact same without any added ingredients! Hope this helps at all :)
